Stein On Writing – Sol Stein

May 22, 2010 – Subtitled A Master Editor of Some of the Most Successful Writers of Our Century Shares His Craft Techniques and Strategies. The book is not what I expected. It far exceeded my expectations. I found it very engaging, motivating, specific and practical in the suggestions on improving writing skills in both fiction and non-fiction. Stein draws on many works, well known and unknown, to illustrate his points. It’s a book I will use often as a reference and as a motivator.
