Catherine Read
is currently the Mayor of Fairfax City, Virginia. She is a strategist, activist, advocate, speaker, trainer, and hosts television and radio shows for Fairfax Public Access. She is a past Board Chair of GrandInvolve, on the board of EV Advocates, and on the Advisory Council for the Virginia Poverty Law Center. She is primarily focused on supporting the work of DC area non-profits and women running for elected office.
