This “how to” guide of practical, creative and proven strategies applies to all businesses, but can more easily be adopted by those who are the decision makers for their own. He does give lots of tips for using online tools and many websites and resources that I am not familiar with. He also ties those efforts to offline strategies that work, showcasing actual companies and individual professionals as case studies. Well worth the investment of time. You are bound to walk away inspired to try some new things.
