Real world case studies that delve into companies like Cisco, Ford, Dell, Best Buy, Marriott and the US State Dept. Developing a strong social media strategy is just one facet of a leadership style that has to foster collaboration, transparency, innovation and empowerment at every level of an organization. Those that are doing well with it early are creating a road map for everyone else. Charlene Li does a great job of explaining process evolution.
