A Million Miles in a Thousand Years: What I Learned While Editing My Life

April 13, 2010 – I actually listened to the unabridged audio version read by the author, Donald Miller. It is awesome. Really life changing. I saw a video review that Chris Brogan had done on his blog about this book and I can assure you it was everything he said it was. One of the greatest take aways is that if you want a better life story, you need to write it for yourself.  He talks a lot about how writing a book is different from writing a screenplay. He ties his narrative back to his autographical novel and the process he’s going through in collaborating with two other writers to make it into a movie.  His journey is an interesting one and one I believe anyone can empathize with. I loved it!
